'Monica' is directed by Sushen Bhatnagar. And he has come up with a thought provoking storyline and while the presentation was okay, the narrative was tight.

Story:
The story begins in Lucknow and here lives Monica Jaitley (divya) a girl who grows up with some tough choice. She decides to get practical in life and marries Raj Jaitley (rajat) for love. Eventually, she sleeps with Aseem Ray (tinnu anand) for position and then she seduces Pamela (kittu) for power. Finally, she also gives herself to Chandrakant Pandit (ashutosh rana) for something else. However, she has goals to achieve and Monica does that to get them. Is she successful or not forms the rest of the story.

Performance:
Divya comes up with a riveting performance and she packs with good sex appeal. Ashutosh Rana was excellent. Rajat Kapoor was artificial, Dadhi Pandey was decent, Tinnu Anand was top notch, Kittu Gidwani was perfect, Yashpal Sharma was wonderful.

Music:
'Monica' music is composed by Raju Rao. And the background score was alright but songs were not present.

Verdict:Good

Brought up in a repressive, conservative household, Sapna Dholakia (Amisha Patel) is terrified to experience the freedom of falling in love with Rohit (Hrithik Roshan), fearing the upheaval it will cause in her family, namely her dad, Pratap Dholakia (Kiran Kumar), who has plans for Sapna to marry Rishabh Patel, the son of a friend; then there is her brother, Raman Dholakia (Mukesh Tiwari), who follows in the footsteps of his dad, and will prevent Sapna from marrying Rohit.

However Rohit is determined to marry Sapna and no one else and this is met with resistance from the Dholakia clan, who first severely beat Sapna, and then imprison her in her room; and then lure Rohit to a secluded spot and proceed to beat him within every inch of his life, and there is no one who can even dare to think to intervene with the Dholakia family. They do finally get married though.

ACP Vishnu Kamath (Abhishek Bachchan) had hit rock bottom in his career and his personal life, when he suddenly gets a second chance at redemption. Gupt can never be remade!

The actors are unique to this film. Bobby Deol is head strong and determined (his usual self). But praises for Kajol!!! Her character is complex and mind blowing, making the movie suspenseful. She proves she can act in any role. Manisha added some sparkle to the movie and helped Kajol's character. Paresh Rawal was the amazing. He usually plays funny roles but this was another side of him. The plot was very thorough and detailed. Everything was laid out piece by piece so there was no time to guess or ponder. The music was melodious and added embellishment to the movie. The climax was heart stopping and filled with goose-bumps. This movie is definitely a must see and I recommended to everyone who likes thriller or suspense.

Cupid's arrow and a lot more strike at Madhav Shastri's (R. Madhavan) when he first has a glimpse of beautiful Reena Malhotra (Diya Mirza). Thereafter he meets her again and finds out that she the bethrothed of one Rajiv, and so he impersonates Rajiv and enters Reena's life. And they both fall in love. Then American-settled Rajiv Shyamrao (Saif Ali Khan), who used to know Madhav from college, comes to India to marry Reena. Reena is shocked to find out that the one she has given her heart out to is a fraud and a fake. Accordingly, she decides not to do anything with him, and let her parents (Maya Alagh and Navin Nischal) go ahead with the arranged marriage with Rajiv (or Sam). This devastates Madhav (or Maddy) and he plans to go to America, and start life anew. He also confronts Reena, but Reena refuses to have anything to do with him.

The story begins with a new English Teacher Rahul Prakash Udyavar (Shahid Kapoor) joining Swaraswati Vidya Mandir school, situated in the outskirts of Mumbai Suburbs. Though he strikes instant rapport with students and teachers alike, he realizes that there is something amiss in the school. Slowly his doubts prove true as the School Manager- Sharma (Saurabh Shukla) makes many monetary obligations compulsory on the parents in the name of extracurricular activities. He goes to the extent of punishing the students inhumanly when the new unjustified demands of the school are not fulfilled by the parents.
When Rahul Udyawar unifies the teachers (Ayesha Takia, Sushant Singh, Kurush Deboo) against the atrocities of school management, the Principal Aditya Sahay (Nana Patekar) defends the management decision. This comes as a shocker to the teachers as Mr. Sahay is known for his dedication as an educationist for last 32 years which has built the school’s high reputation. The situation becomes graver as school management becomes overambitious with its growth and involves media planners in the extracurricular activities. This demands the involvement of students in TV reality shows and many other media PR activities used for building up the school image in public which starts reflecting on the students’ stress levels. The pressure on young minds increases incredibly leading to unexpected and grim consequences.
Caught in the web of commercialization and internal rebellion, the school’s situation becomes so explosive that it finally becomes a national issue. Paathshaala challenges the increasing immoralities and unethical practices in our education system. It analyses intricately the relationship between students, teachers and the education system with sensitivity and sensibility… It reflects the true spirit of an education system.

Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai movie was Hrithik Roshan and Amisha Patel's debut and made Hrithik into an overnight superstar in Bollywood. Rohit (Hrithik Roshan) is an orphan and lives with his little brother and his foster family. He meets Sonia (Amisha Patel) and they are attracted towards each other.

Sonia invites him on a cruise with her and due to a freak accident they are separated from the main ship. They reach a small island and during their stay over there, their friendship blossoms into love. Sonia's father is initially disapproving but later agrees to their marriage, provided that Rohit gets more self-sufficient economically to support their family. On the day of Rohit's first stage show he witnesses an accident and the killers eliminate him in a motorcycle accident.

Sonia is grief-stricken and goes to New Zealand to get away from her past. But she is in for a big shock when she sees Raj (Hrithik Roshan) who looks exactly like Rohit. Raj gets to know Sonia and is attracted towards her but Sonia spurns his advances. Raj travels with her all the way back to Mumbai to persuade her, and on Mumbai airport he is shot at by the same man who had killed Rohit. Now Raj and Sonia are on the run away from the villains and should solve the mystery for themselves before the villains catch up with them.

To start with, 3 THAY BHAI undoubtedly remains one of those few substandard films which should not have been made in the first place. In fact the only question I had in mind while watching it was that "How could a big production house of a reputed director back this kind of spineless project?" Produced by the well known, Rakesh Omprakash Mehra (who I still can't believe directed RANG DE BASANTI), I wonder what inspired him to approve this kind of inferior film?

The story deals with Thakur Maharaj Singh who is rich, kind, and ambitious and the owner of several derbies - winnning stallions. He lives with his wife Rukmini and his young son Chimpoo in a palatial house. Man Singh and his gang of poachers once raid Thakur\'s farm to steal some of his prize horses, but Man Singh\'s young son gets killed by the unerring bullet from Thakur\'s gun. Maan Singh swears to avenge the death of his son, and abducts Chimpoo. After several years Ram Singh who is a servant of Maharaj Singh brings Badal into the Thakur\'s house and tells them that he is their missing son Chimpoo. Then Badal is in love with Sunita who is the daughter of Thankur. Soon Badal confesses to Maharaj Singh that he is not Chimpoo, he gets anger with him but he doesn\'t tell the truth to Rukmini. The end of the story tells will Thankur finds real Chimpoo and Will Badal and Sunita be able to convey their love relationship to Thakur and Rukmini?
