Ajay Malhotra (Inder Kumar) has re-located to the U.S., and has started his own orchestra with the help of some of his friends. His elder brother, Akshaye (Akshay Kumar), decides to visit him, and on the airplane meets with Priya (Raveena Tandon), and both fall in love.
As he reaches the US, he finds
out that his brother is missing and the American Police is looking for him. Akshaye attempts to find Ajay, which takes him to Madam Maya (Rekha) who is a female criminal don. Maya also happens to be Priya's elder sister.
After reaching Maya, Akshaye finds out that she is holding her brother for the sake of some incriminating documents. Akshaye's begins to work with Maya to try and find out his brother. In the meanwhile, Maya falls in love with Akshaye. Now, Akshaye has to choose Maya and Priya.
The highlight of the movie is the presence of The Dead Man, The Undertaker.
