Raj Goel (Akshaye Khanna) is a young and one of the most efficient criminal lawyers of the city. He takes up a case of defending Tarang Bhardwaj (Ajay Devgan) on the request of his friend Sargam (Urmila). As the case proceeds, Raj investigates and unveils some secrets which helps Tarang to get out of the case where he is found guilty for a murder and gets saved with the help of Raj.
